What is displayed on this page?
The FAQ page is a collection of questions...with answers 
...that have been asked frequently.
Tip: look carefully through the FAQs -> chances are that your Question has already been answered!
The FAQs are categorized by one or more topics. Click on one of the topic buttons to display the list of FAQs for that topic: Course Related, Employment, Alaska, etc. Note: not all topics have FAQs, and an FAQ may appear under more than one topic.
In the list of FAQs for each topic, the Questions are sorted from more frequent to less frequent, with the most frequent Questions at the top of the list. Click on the Question to open the Answer. Click on the Question again to close the Answer.
What if you have a question that isn't answered here?
You can submit a new Question with the Submit a Question form.
Guidelines for Question submission:
- Please make sure your Question has not already been answered
- Questions that have already been answered will not be answered again
- Only Questions that have been asked frequently or are of general interest to the users of this website will be answered
Newly submitted questions won't appear on the main FAQ page until they have been answered.
