This is a second in a two course series and is the standard Calif. State Board of Fire Services accredited course as offered in community colleges. Topics include: Preparing course outlines, establishing levels of instruction, constructing behavioral objectives and lesson plans, instructional aid development, fundamentals of testing and measurements, tests planning, evaluation techniques and tools. Activities includes student teaching demonstrations.
