Course Description:
You will learn the basics of the Resource Ordering and Statusing System (ROSS). At the conclusion of this course you will be able to Create an Incident, Create a Request, fill orders, release and reasign resources.
Target Group:
Initial Attack Dispatchers and Expanded Dispatchers (EDRC, EDSD)
Prerequisites:
I-100/200, D-110
